I’ve found the beginners sessions incredibly helpful for my physical fitness and my mental health. I’ve already noticed small changes in what I can do physically and my approach to exercise.
My relationship with exercise has been up and down and it hit a low point during the lockdown of the past year. A friend from a hiking group I’ve recently joined recommended CrossFit as a way to keep fit alongside walking. I was initially skeptical and honestly scared of what it might involve but I went to the No Sweat Intro to find out more and ultimately signed up for the intro course.
The Individual PT sessions have been invaluable for teaching me key movements and building confidence in preparation for the classes.
The classes themselves are intense and well-taught and explained thoroughly. The work outs constantly challenge me and it encourages a sense of resilience that I haven’t felt in my fitness journey so far: I always feel proud of myself after attending a session.
The camaraderie in and out of the classes has been a big boost personally: it’s incredibly motivating and has helped me push myself further than I thought possible.
