CrossFit has helped me to feel healthier and stronger. I found the intro sessions really informative and useful, giving me the grounding and confidence I needed before hitting the classes.
I’ve lost about 7kg in the first few months, but the main benefit has been making some serious improvements to my mobility. I have struggled with mobility for years, and although I still have a way to go, I can feel it improving with each week that goes by.
The classes are awesome – everyone is so friendly, and working out in a group always pushes me to go a bit harder. Every workout is different, it is impossible to get bored.
I think the best thing though is that CrossFit has changed my mindset completely. I am working out and (trying) to eat right so that I am as mobile and healthy for as long as possible. If that doesn’t make you work hard I don’t know what will!
