Meet Mona!

Who joined us in June 2021 with goals to lose weight and tone up. She wanted to build her confidence back up again and improve her general health whilst managing her injuries.

‘Considering I have a herniated disc, neck and back injuries, I think I’m doing well. I know I’ve increased the weight for cleans and deadlifts.. also, at my age doing box jumps even at a lower height is something I didn’t think I’d be able to do again!’
