Having tried various things for the fitness, CrossFit Harrow is the best option I have for my fitness goals. The friendly environment and amazing coaches makes it possible. The workouts are always scalable so everyone can do it from beginner to advanced and make the most out of it.
The people are very helpful and I always felt positive energy. Doing the classes first thing in the morning at 6 am, meaning I start my day with a workout and feel good about it all day. The coaches know what areas I need to improve on and guide me in the right direction to help me progress. The only motivation I need is to come to the gym, as once I am here I know that I am going to finish the WOD to the best of my ability with the help of the coaches.
