OUR classes

Personal Training

Our most targeted route to success. Your Programme is tailor made to you and your goals. Your coach will design and lead your Programme, together you’ll execute on your plan and work towards your goal. This route will give you the opportunity to move beyond the depth of development that can be found within a group training session. We recommend this route if you have a personal or particular goal to achieve.

Group Training

The next most popular route to CrossFit. Group classes are a great way to meet new people and instantly become part of the community. Traditional CrossFit Programming is led by expert coaches, who lead you through a group warm up, a skill or strength component followed by a WOD suited to your ability. We would recommend taking this route if your goal is general fitness.

Nutrition Coaching

The base of the pyramid which often gets overlooked but so essential to your fitness journey. There is no faster or better way to change your body than to understand how to eat and fuel your body. Our goal is to offer you complete happiness in your own skin by educating you through Nutrition and Fitness. Nutrition is more than just what you eat and put in your body. Stress, Sleep, Habits, Lifestyle and Hydration are all contributing factors to what you consume.

Training Online

We recognise that time is of the essence and work and family commitments may prevent you from coming to the gym. We have our very own Fitness App available both on the App Store and Google Play Store. Our Hustle & Muscle hybrid Programming is our very own hybrid between CrossFit & Bodybuilding. Our CrossFit Cardio Programming can be done at home with minimal equipment. There are various different exercise Programmes to choose from, no matter if you are looking to just sweat it out, work on your core or looking for weight and cardio intervals along with some traditional weight interval workouts we have got you covered. Choose from a wide variety of new workouts weekly. We have a Programme that is for you. • Access anywhere you go! • You can always find a workout that fits what you’ve got in front of you.

CrossFit Kids

The BOX Youth Programme will always be a place where your kids are intentionally challenged to see their value independent of their success. Ultimately it is about their development not just in fitness but also in life and most importantly for them to have fun!


Get faster, stronger and more powerful with our coached group CrossFit sessions.

Each element and workout can be scaled for each individual’s needs and sessions are limited in numbers to ensure attention from coaches

All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life.


This class is an Olympic Lifting focused class.

The two main lifts (snatch & clean & jerk) are the focus of the program.

You WILL work to refine and improve your capacity and the quality of your movement in the main lifts.

It is not a class designed to test maximal strength every session.

It is typically attended by those who have been doing CrossFit a while and have now built on some experience in Olympic Lifting or have completed our learn to lift course.


Is great for working core and upper body strength.

This class will develop strict strength and build a foundation of improving your body control.

Work closely with a coach in a challenging class to refine your gymnastic skills and drills specific to developing your all round CrossFit ability.

One of the most effective ways of developing strength, coordination and body awareness.


STILL USING THE CROSSFIT METHODOLOGY THIS IS a class that doesn’t involve any high skill movements.

This is not by any means an easier version of CrossFit, it just allows you to work hard at more simpler movements

The emphasis in all our classes is building great metabolic conditioning (cardio) while maintaining strength and incorporating some resistance training to prevent plateauing.

MOVE classes can include light dumbbell and barbell work at high volume in order to build conditioning and strength simultaneously.
