Identifying where you are and where you want to be is a great start, now the hard part is in the middle of the route you take to get there and no matter what it is… 5% reduction in body fat, saving your first thousand.. doing your first RX workout it is hard. It is going to be tough. Life would not be worth living if it was easy. now the hardest part to understand is that there really is no end point. The end goal gets bigger, it gets broader, you refine movements, you make better decisions and you learn and do it bigger and better.
But know the truth, it is fucking hard.
