At some point you have to figure out what it is you want and draw the line between your needs and your wants… not only will it lead you to new levels of discipline but also unlocking new levels of yourself.
You need to separate and take action on what should do and what you could do… this will move the needle.
Establish what is crucial to hitting your goals and what’s not so important…
And then identify what is preventing you from reaching your goals. What is getting in the way and holding you back?
If you’re in the same position you was pre lockdown you’ve learned nothing.
You always have a choice and there is never a bad choice, just challenging outcomes from that choice.
Whenever there is a great outcome it is generally down to one main thing and that is a series of good choices. Consistent choices.
